A) Necessary measures to remove the faculty members from
the scientometrics system
1. Sending a letter to the vice-chancellor for education
to receive the latest list of faculty members monthly
2. Receiving the last list of faculty members from the
vice-chancellor for education monthly
3. Matching the list received from the vice-chancellor
for education with the scientometrics system
4. Extracting the eliminated items
5. Following up the eliminated items from the
vice-chancellor for education in order to inquire about the status
of the mentioned individuals (deceased, end of the project, transfer to another
university)
6. Recording the eliminated characteristics on Remove
Excel Form
7. Sending the Remove Form (topic: ISID-Remove) to the scientometrics email of the ministry of health (isid@behdasht.gov.ir)
B) Necessary measures to remove the names of faculty
members transferred to other universities:
If the faculty member has been transferred from another
university to Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences and there is an error
on the scientometrics system denoting that the mentioned individual is the
faculty member of another university:
1. Contact the scientometrics expert of the ministry of
health and receive the telephone number of the office of scientometrics affairs
of the relevant university
2. Contact the expert of the relevant university to
remove the name of the mentioned faculty member from their scientometrics
system
